Starbucks UK is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to support UK and EMEA teams in delivering a portfolio of strategic projects that align with the business strategy. You will ensure clear scope, robust planning, and governance across functions, with attention to timelines and budget.

You’ll bring strong delivery expertise in transformation settings, adept at both agile and waterfall methods, and comfortable leading senior stakeholders across matrixed, multi-country organisations.

Qualifications

• Strong project delivery experience in transformation environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across multi-country organisations.
• Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end transformation projects for UK and EMEA initiatives.
• Drive structured planning, governance forums, and stakeholder updates.
• Mobilise cross-functional stakeholders and align senior leaders.
• Ensure financial rigour, budgeting, tracking benefits, and finance liaison.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies in complex environments.
