Starbucks EMEA is seeking a senior finance analyst to provide strategic and analytical support across the UK and EMEA. You will forecast, budget, build robust financial models, and deliver performance insights to senior leadership, acting as a trusted financial partner.

In this high-impact role, you will own significant spend, drive data integrity, and champion continuous improvement using tools like Anaplan, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified or equivalent finance qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or similar).
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting and business case delivery.
• Strong modelling, data analysis, and ability to present clear insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial analysis across UK/EMEA with forecasting and budgeting.
• Own management reporting, month-end close, and variance commentary.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive cost control and performance improvements.
• Develop robust financial models and business cases to inform decisions.
• Drive data integrity and analytics capability, including Power BI/Anaplan tooling.
