Job summary

Starbucks EMEA is seeking a senior product leader to define and deliver the technology strategy for enterprise functions across EMEA. You will own the PRO portfolio, including ATS and Careers Website, plus platforms for Finance, Corporate Functions and Legal teams.

You'll drive a multi-year roadmap, balance business value with technical health, and partner with senior leaders to maximise adoption and outcomes. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant product management and leadership experience in tech-driven organisations.
• Experience owning complex product portfolios across Corporate Functions and similar domains.
• Proven ability to define vision, strategy and roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical, data-informed decision making with experimentation to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and influence with senior business leaders.
• Experience managing product investment, business cases and value realisation.
• Desirable exposure to Agile operating models and OKRs; familiarity with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and outcomes for PRO, Finance, Corporate and Legal tech portfolios.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 3-year product roadmap aligned to business and tech strategy.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and unlock business value through technology.
• Own the ATS Programme, Careers Website and related partner lifecycle products.
• Balance customer needs, business outcomes, technical health and regulatory requirements.
• Lead regular Product Councils to review priorities, risks and opportunities.
• Build deep understanding of partner needs via research, analytics and direct engagement.
• Coach Product Owners and embed customer-centric, outcome-driven thinking.
