Lloyd’s in London is recruiting a Transformation Management Office Lead to shape how change happens across the organisation. This enterprise leadership role offers influence over change portfolio decisions, governance and value realisation.

You’ll create a trusted, enterprise-wide view of investment, capacity and delivery health for senior leaders and sponsors. You’ll lead a cross-functional TMO, setting standards, assuring delivery and building capability across the change community, with focus

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading an enterprise PMO, EPMO or TMO.
• Strong experience shaping and governing complex portfolios.
• Ability to advise senior executives and facilitate decisions.
• Understanding of portfolio management, governance, risk and controls.
• Experience improving delivery frameworks and governance.
• Track record linking investment to measurable outcomes and value.
• Analytical and commercial judgement; turn complexity into clear choices.
• Leadership that builds capability and aligns diverse teams.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear, trusted enterprise view of change, covering investment, capacity, dependencies, delivery health, outcomes and value.
• Shape and prioritise our portfolio, helping senior leaders make informed investment, sequencing and capacity decisions.
• Lead our Change Delivery Framework, improving governance, decision rights and controls while keeping them practical.
• Provide independent assurance, identifying risks early and enabling timely corrective action.
• Set clear delivery standards, methods, tools and data expectations, while building capability across the change community.
• Strengthen how we define, measure and realise value, from change case to post-implementation review.
• Turn complex portfolio information into concise, forward-looking insight for executive and governance forums.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing TMO trusted by sponsors, business owners, programme leaders and delivery teams.
