Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a senior leader to drive transformation and migration delivery across pension-related systems. You will bridge business, technology and operations to implement scalable, future-state operating models.

The role requires leadership of specialist teams and a focus on delivering sustainable operational outcomes in a complex transformation environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex implementation, migration or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Ability to design and embed repeatable, scalable delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data transformation, operational readiness and target operating model design.
• Experience managing and developing specialist teams, including matrix environments.
• Analytical mindset to assess risks, resolve issues and propose pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation: design and embed scalable, automation-led migration methods.
• Drive M&A Integration: shape migration strategies for acquired platforms and lessons learned.
• Ensure Operational Readiness: ensure adoption of new tools and processes, improve efficiency.
• Foster Innovation: leverage AI, automation and analytics to enhance methodologies.
• Lead Teams: manage specialist data transformation, calculation analysis, and migration delivery teams.
