PwC is seeking a Pensions Director, Data & Benefits, to lead strategic projects shaping the future of pensions risk transfer for multinational clients and trustees. You will work with actuarial, investment, governance and legal specialists on buy-ins, buy-outs and journey plans to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep UK pensions experience in actuarial advisory, insurance, or reinsurance.
• Led complex pensions data and benefits projects supporting risk transfer strategies and strengthening client partnerships.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across systems and teams.
• Creative thinker who encourages exploring multiple angles to solve problems.
• Upholds professional standards and models integrity in all work.
