Qualifications

• Experience in pensions administration, projects, change, transformation or operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of pensions transformation projects and business change initiatives.
• Identify, analyse and implement process improvements across pensions operations.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, dashboards, management information and progress reports.
• Monitor milestones, KPIs and benefits realisation; manage risks and issues.
• Support testing, implementation and change management activities for new processes.
