Job summary

Cornerstone, the UK’s leading digital infrastructure partner, is seeking a Transformation Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead high-profile transformation initiatives across the business, translating strategy into practical delivery with governance, benefits realisation and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with business leaders and delivery teams to mobilise programmes, manage risks and dependencies, and embed sustainable ways of working that deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex transformation, business improvement or change projects within a matrix organisation.
• Proven track record of managing projects across the full lifecycle, from mobilisation and planning through to implementation, transition and closure.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, financial management, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control and benefits realisation.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and influencing without direct authority.
• The ability to translate strategic objectives into structured, achievable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation delivery from mobilisation through to implementation, transition and benefits realisation.
• Develop robust project plans that define scope, outcomes, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies and success measures.
• Align stakeholders by building trusted relationships across operational, functional and leadership teams.
• Provide governance and reporting; establish project controls and concise progress/cost/risk/benefit reporting.
• Identify risks, issues and blockers; implement mitigations to keep delivery on track.
• Support change and adoption with communications, readiness and training as needed.
• Define success criteria and track benefits through implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Coordinate interdependencies across teams, suppliers, systems and processes to achieve outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining delivery practices.
