Morson Group is seeking an experienced Contract Programme Manager to drive a major business transformation from London. This six-month engagement is delivery‑focused, coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders and milestones to translate business priorities into practical outcomes.

You will lead planning, risk management and governance, ensuring teams are ready for change and that new ways of working are sustained beyond initial delivery. Strong collaboration across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering transformation programmes or complex operational change.
• Strong planning, coordination and programme control skills.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, manageable delivery activities.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders across different business disciplines.
• Confidence identifying risks, challenging assumptions and driving decisions through to resolution.
• A practical, hands-on approach, with a strong focus on delivery rather than governance alone.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex situations.

Responsabilités

• Transformation Delivery: Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, maintaining priorities, milestones and progress visibility.
• Process Improvement: Review current ways of working and help develop effective processes for changing requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organise workshops and bring people together to resolve challenges and progress actions.
• Planning & Dependencies: Maintain delivery plans, monitor interdependencies and flag obstacles early.
• Governance & Reporting: Manage controls, track risks/issues and prepare updates for senior stakeholders.
• Business Readiness: Ensure teams are prepared for change with defined responsibilities and materials.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align commercial, operational and technical teams and keep decisions at the right level.
• Transition & Implementation: Support practical implementation and sustain changes beyond delivery.
