You will direct major change programmes and shape the Trust's digital architecture to deliver improved patient services.

Senior leadership experience in a complex NHS/public sector or regulated environment.
Proven track record coordinating transformation and delivering organisational change at scale.
Proven ability to influence at board level.

Responsibilities

Oversee major transformation programmes.
Set the Trust's strategy and provide delivery oversight.
Lead transformation, strategy, data and analytics, and digital enablement as a single function.
Ensure an effective digital architecture delivering services to patients.
Champion evidence-based decision making.
Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
