South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Chief Transformation and Digital Officer to join our Executive Team in England. You will coordinate transformation, performance improvement and change across the organisation, shaping strategy and ensuring delivery of digital and data-enabled services for patients.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will oversee major programmes, champion evidence-based decision making, and foster accountability and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation programmes across the Trust and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Oversee data and analytics, digital and AI enablement.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to shape strategy and reporting to the Board.
