Job summary

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Chief Transformation and Digital Officer to join its Executive Team. You will lead transformation, strategy and digital enablement, reporting to the Chief Executive and shaping delivery across the region.

You will oversee major programmes, champion evidence-based decisions and foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement to deliver better patient care.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within NHS/public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Track record of delivering large-scale transformation and performance improvement.
• Experience coordinating data analytics and digital enablement across an organisation.
