Job summary

Sompo International in London is seeking a forward-thinking Business Transformation Analyst to shape the future of our Commercial Insurance operations. You will combine business knowledge, data analysis, AI-enabled tools and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing and Operations.

Working with business and technology teams, you will analyse processes and journeys, translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance

Qualifications

• Elicit, analyse, validate and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability from objectives through requirements to delivered solutions.
• Work closely with business and technology teams throughout delivery to clarify and manage requirements.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end business processes and customer journeys.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate problems into actionable recommendations.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Support design of future-state operating models.
• Collaborate across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Operations and Technology teams.
