Job summary

SUEZ Maidenhead is seeking a Finance professional to ensure all transactions are processed with strict controls and due diligence. You will inform internal stakeholders about freight movements to support logistics and production.

You will liaise on stock availability, manage debt queries, and take ownership of exceptions raised by internal customers to help maintain the department’s financial integrity in a high‑pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain / logistics is desirable.
• Intermediate level in Excel, Word, and familiarity with transaction processing systems.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of credit control, debt management, billing and ledgers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all transactions are generated and completed with appropriate control and due diligence.
• Inform internal stakeholders on relevant freight movements to support logistics and production.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on stock availability and movement to meet contractual obligations.
• Facilitate communication of transaction queries related to debt recovery and debt management.
• Take ownership of exceptions raised by internal customers and seek resolution.
