Job summary

SUEZ UK is seeking an entry‑level finance support role to help deliver the EFW business plan by tracking costs, revenues and performances while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

You will use COUPA to raise orders, manage invoices and contract data, analyse financial data, prepare reports and assist budgeting, with opportunities to develop your finance and business operations skills within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysing financial data and preparing financial reports.
• Budget development and cost tracking experience or clear exposure through internships or roles.

Responsibilities

• Track operational activities, costs and revenues in line with site plans.
• Raise orders in COUPA and maintain stock reports.
• Register incoming purchase invoices, log GRNs and tie to invoices and PO.
• Support management and decision-making for the site.
• Maintain and set up customer contracts within the weighbridge software system.
