You will partner with product and engineering to design scalable systems, drive schedules, remove roadblocks, and sustain high development velocity. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in release or technical program management within enterprise tech, with a track record of guiding teams and delivering for customers.

Formación

• 12+ years of release or technical program management experience across enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to use data and analytics to monitor trends and project health.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma and modern PM processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic product initiatives.
• Reduce ambiguity and risk by identifying bottlenecks and making data-driven decisions.
• Communicate with purpose and bring together cross-functional teams.
• Be a role model and inspiring leader for other TPMs.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Improve Operational Excellence processes across the organization.
• Coordinate priorities with product and engineering managers across partners.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies for multiple teams.
