Job summary

Ripple in London is seeking a dedicated Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross‑functional programs across Product and Engineering. You will synthesize business and technical requirements, bridge TradFi knowledge with digital asset infrastructure, and steer high‑velocity delivery with hands‑on influence.

You’ll mentor TPMs, craft scalable architectures, and partner with banks, custodians, and market infrastructure providers to translate strategic goals into multi‑year programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale programs in financial services or fintech.
• Deep experience in TradFi with understanding of banking, asset management, custodians, and market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of crypto or traditional trading markets and full trade lifecycle.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Strong communication and leadership across matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic financial product initiatives.
• Reduce ambiguity by identifying bottlenecks, raising issues, and making data-driven decisions.
• Communicate with purpose, leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Be a role model and inspiring leader for other TPMs.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Improve Operational Excellence processes across the organization.
• Align development priorities with the needs of financial institutions and market participants.
• Drive end-to-end strategic initiatives and multi-year programs with executive alignment.
• Own outcomes across a portfolio of large programs, managing dependencies and risks.
