Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs with Product and Engineering. This role reports to the Head of TPM and involves synthesizing business and technical requirements to deliver customer-focused solutions in a fast-moving crypto-enabled environment.

You will drive high-level strategy, design scalable systems, oversee schedules, remove roadblocks, and mentor other TPMs while maintaining hands-on involvement when needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in release or technical program management in enterprise tech.
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive health of projects.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma processes.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Google Sheets.
• Payments/Blockchain domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic product initiatives.
• Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively eliminating bottlenecks and obstacles.
• Communicate with purpose and clarity across cross-functional teams.
• Be a role model and inspiring leader for other TPMs.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies for multiple teams.
