At Ripple, we're building a world where value moves like information does today. It's big, it's bold, and we're already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you're ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

The work:

We're seeking a dedicated, passionate, and eager Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join our team responsible for leading large cross-functional programs linked to our Products. This role reports to the Head of TPM within Ripple Core. This is a challenging and technical role, requiring the expertise to synthesize business and technical requirements and the foresight to ensure we are solving for Ripple's current and future customer needs. You will bring a strong understanding of traditional finance and trading markets, and use it to help bridge the needs of financial institutions with the capabilities of digital asset infrastructure. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design robust and scalable systems, lead product schedules, remove roadblocks, and ensure high development velocity. Ideal candidates have a track record of owning complex, multi-team programs end to end and providing technical leadership to deliver for customers. You will shape program strategy and execution within your area, while knowing when to get hands‑on to push an initiative forward. You must be passionate about enabling teams to invent and deliver customer‑focused solutions to bold and ambiguous challenges.

What you'll do:
  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of one or more complex, cross‑functional programs across our product initiatives by understanding our customers, markets, and technology deeply.
  • Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and obstacles, raising issues strategically, and making sound data‑driven decisions that deliver for our customers based on associated trade‑offs.
  • Communicate with purpose and clarity to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, bringing together cross‑functional teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure programs meet the regulatory, operational, and control expectations of institutional clients.
  • Mentor and support other TPMs, and contribute to raising the bar for program management practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to technical and operational frameworks that engineering teams can use for decision‑making and Operational Excellence.
  • Partner with program managers, product managers, and engineering managers to understand development priorities and drive alignment across multiple partners with impactful priorities.
  • Lead large, strategic cross‑company initiatives end‑to‑end, from shaping scope and success metrics with leadership through launch, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own the full program lifecycle across Product, Engineering, and go‑to‑market teams, driving alignment on priorities, managing dependencies and risks, and holding teams accountable to commitments.
What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in sophisticated enterprise technology environments, working directly with many teams across functions.
  • Experience managing programs in traditional finance (TradFi), such as banking, asset management, broker‑dealers, custodians, or financial market infrastructure, with a solid understanding of the financial services landscape.
  • Experience with and understanding of trading markets (crypto or traditional), including the trade lifecycle (order management, execution, clearing, and settlement), market structure, and liquidity.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to look at trends and lead the health of projects and systems.
  • Shown understanding and working knowledge of software development and modern project management standard processes, such as Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate multi‑functionally, build consensus, and deliver across teams. Able to influence without authority, negotiate, and encourage others in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with project planning tools such as Jira and Confluence, and proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Experience crafting or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
  • Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Prime Brokerage, Tokenization, and/or Blockchain ecosystems is a strong plus.
