DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Tender Manager to own strategic bid opportunities from qualification through to contract award, working with Business Development, Solution Design and Operations. The role emphasizes developing winning strategies, compelling value propositions and customer-focused proposals that differentiate DSV in a competitive market.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end tender process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive bid excellence using APMP principles,

Qualifications

• Experience as a bid/tender manager or similar role.
• Experience managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
• APMP methodologies knowledge is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
• APMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply APMP best practices across the bid lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end tender process from qualification to submission.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes and differentiators.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop cohesive proposals.
• Create high-quality proposal content with persuasive writing.
• Governance and review processes to ensure client requirements compliance.
• Build relationships with new clients to understand their needs.
