Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee in-life commercial and contractual aspects of the Cornerstone agreement, advising internal stakeholders and protecting VodafoneThree’s commercial position. You’ll collaborate with network delivery, legal and finance to drive timely, robust outcomes.

The role requires experience in commercial contracts, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder management, with a focus on building solid relationships with Cornerstone and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial contract or supplier management
• Understanding of contractual obligations and risk
• Ability to translate contracts into practical advice for business
• Experience negotiating with suppliers

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the Cornerstone agreement and advise internal stakeholders
• Monitor Cornerstone compliance and develop remedies
• Provide commercial assurance for services and charges
• Lead negotiations and changes to commercial terms
• Prepare contractual correspondence and records
• Manage contractual risks with legal and SMEs
• Support governance with clear visibility of obligations
