Job summary

Fujitsu in the UK is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive value across software and hardware. You will lead end-to-end procurement, conduct complex negotiations, and collaborate with Legal & Commercial to secure robust, compliant contracts.

You’ll support bid activities, provide category expertise, identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure activity aligns with UK regulatory requirements, while traveling for supplier engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement experience, preferably in the Telco category.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SaaS agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with project management in complex environments.
• Understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conducting complex negotiations for framework agreements Order Schedules and any customer terms that may also need to be flowed down.
• Securing best value through competitive tenders and/or negotiation.
• Working independently to manage end-to-end procurement processes.
• Collaborating with Legal & Commercial colleagues to ensure contract compliance.
• Supporting bid activities.
• Identifying and delivering tangible cost-saving opportunities.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of telecommunications and emerging technologies.
• Understanding and applying relevant UK regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel for supplier engagement and relationship management.
• Meeting mandatory security clearance requirements (SC level or above).
• CIPS or Contracting and Commercial Management qualifications (or be prepared to attain Contracting and Commercial Management – Advanced)
