Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive end-to-end procurement across software and hardware categories. You will conduct complex negotiations for framework agreements and customer terms, working with Legal & Commercial colleagues to ensure contracts are robust and compliant.

You will lead tender activities, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure procurement aligns with UK regulations while supporting the UK procurement strategy with the Head of UK Procurement.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement experience preferably within the Telco category.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SaaS agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations for framework agreements and customer terms.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes independently.
• Collaborate with Legal & Commercial teams for contract compliance.
• Support bid activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of telecommunications and emerging tech.
