Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Procurement Manager in Basingstoke to act as the single point of contact for assigned bids and delivery activity, lead sourcing events and maintain trackers, while ensuring due diligence and governance with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will manage teaming agreements, build strong relationships with DNS and sales stakeholders, and mitigate delivery risks while complying with policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, sourcing and supplier management with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in defence and/or security environments (or similarly regulated contexts).
• Experience supporting bids/tenders and working at pace to meet commercial deadlines.
• Comfortable interacting across all levels within the business unit and with external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Act as procurement SPOC for assigned bids, opportunities and delivery activity.
• Lead or support sourcing events and obtain supplier quotations directly and/or via the central procurement function.
• Maintain bid/quote trackers and provide clear status reporting to bid teams and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding requests for third parties and ensure due diligence and governance are completed.
• Where required, put appropriate subcontract contractual cover in place with Commercial and Legal.
• Support the creation and management of teaming agreements and other pre-contract arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key third parties and stakeholders across DNS, Sales and Presales.
• Identify and mitigate procurement delivery risks and propose practical mitigations.
• Operate in accordance with policy, security and regulatory requirements including handling of sensitive information and NDAs.
