Job summary

Arm Limited in Cambridge, UK, is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to drive category strategies for Technology Hardware and Connectivity, and lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across engineering and lab hardware, networks, telecoms, and related services.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IT and Finance to translate requirements into robust commercial strategies, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate risks in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology hardware and connectivity procurement.
• Proven end-to-end sourcing and contracting experience.
• Strong supplier relationships and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for Technology Hardware and Connectivity.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing including market evaluation, supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, and contracting.
• Apply commercial levers to maximize value beyond headline price.
• Develop market insights and translate into category strategies.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and manage governance and risk.
