Job summary

We are hiring for a Finance Manager in the Technology Finance team at Sainsbury’s Limited. The role focuses on leading the period-end for Technology P&L, driving budgeting, and providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

You will manage a finance team and collaborate with technology leadership to influence strategic decisions. The role offers a hybrid working model, with office presence in Coventry and some London/Coventry flexibility as part of the Store Support Centre, driving

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong analytical and commercial finance experience.
• Experience driving financial decision-making with high-quality analysis and insights.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the period-end process for Technology P&L with robust cost governance.
• Manage Corporate Plan, Budgeting and Latest View cycles with clear risk & opportunity articulation.
• Lead and develop the Technology Finance team and set governance standards.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis across Technology P&L cost lines to support leadership.
