Sainsbury's Limited is recruiting a Finance Manager – P2P to lead end-to-end purchase-to-pay processes, oversee outsourced service delivery, and ensure strong financial controls. You will collaborate across teams to drive efficiencies and compliance in a high-volume environment, contributing to accurate transaction processing and budgeting.

The role sits in the Finance & Transformation area, located at London sites, with a focus on process excellence and stakeholder collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end P2P with controls and risk in high-volume environments (retail/FMCG preferred).
• Experience managing outsourced service providers using performance measures to drive improvements.
• Ability to assess risks and resolve complex operational or process issues.
• Experience implementing process or technology improvements for compliance and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Ensure process and control excellence across the purchase to pay cycle, overseeing supplier master data, invoicing, expense processing, payments, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Monitor outsourced service delivery, governance, and financial controls to ensure accurate processing of transactions.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance within the P2P framework.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
