Job summary

Selfridges & Co is seeking a Finance Manager for the Tech, Buying and Operations area in London. You will own end-to-end finance services, deliver management accounts and drive commercial insight to support decisions.

You’ll lead up to two Finance Analysts, coaching them and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet integrity, and stakeholder partnership with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant level/professional qualification.
• Strong modelling and Excel skills essential.
• Experience with finance systems and AI technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance service for Tech, Buying and Operations.
• Lead up to two Finance Analysts; plan workloads and coach.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with variance analysis and narrative.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for area.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and highlight risks to leaders.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls across Finance.
