Oracle seeks an experienced Technical Management professional to lead complex programs, overseeing risks, scope, timelines, and compliance across teams. You will drive rapid security Escalations responses, resource planning, and process improvements to meet organizational SLAs.

Forecast demands, define KPIs, and communicate strategies to executives while ensuring alignment with Oracle systems and partner requirements.

Responsibilities

• Align priorities with customers and stakeholder teams through regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Establish scope and milestones for each program, aligned to the broader plan and goals.
• Assist in defining KPIs and measurement methods for program performance against goals.
• Build and execute a clear communication strategy with partners and customers for decision-making.
• Manage both technical and non-technical programs across cross-organizational teams.
• Lead regular program status meetings and drive efficiency to meet SLAs and targets.
