Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads risk management by identifying highly complex issues, bottlenecks and risks and escalating when appropriate.
• Manages program scope, timelines, dependencies, resources and testing requirements across teams.
• Ensures delivery meets third party, security, export and accessibility compliance requirements.
• Drives rapid security response by coordinating with executives to assess risk and mitigate issues.
• Forecasts program demands and resources to ensure achievable goals.
• Develops and implements evolving processes to meet organizational SLAs.
• Identifies dependencies and risks to support planning and delivery.
• Develops delivery standards and best practices aligned with Oracle.
• Identifies opportunities for process automation and advocates prioritization.
• Maintains program documentation including status reports and risk logs.
• Leads regular program status meetings, providing updates to leadership.
