Responsibilities

• Leverages technical knowledge to identify risks, manage scope, estimate program timelines, request feasibility, testing requirements, and determine appropriate resources.
• Ensures product or service delivery meets third party, security, export, and accessibility compliance requirements.
• Drives rapid response to security escalations, coordinating across teams and communicating to executives to assess risk and mitigation strategies.
• Forecasts program demands and resourcing to identify risks and ensure goals are achievable.
• Leads development and implementation of evolving processes to meet SLAs.
• Aligns priorities with customers and stakeholders through regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Establishes scope and milestones for each program, aligning to broader plans and goals.
• Assists in defining KPIs and measurement methods for program performance.
• Builds and executes a clear communication strategy with partners and customers.
• Manages both technical and non-technical programs and cross-organizational impact.
• Provides technical support and direction on removing barriers, including risks and issues in workflows.
