Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Technical Management and Execution professional to lead program strategy, manage scope, and forecast resources across complex initiatives. You will drive escalation response, align with executives, and ensure compliance and delivery excellence.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to define KPIs, plan milestones, and communicate objectives to partners and customers, while removing blockers and improving SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates moderately complex tasks, monitoring timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to requirements for a moderately sized project or initiative.
• Collaborates across the organization to align on expectations and achieve shared objectives. Leverages understanding of business leaders, stakeholders, and/or customers to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs.
• Identifies and documents stakeholder needs and works cross-functionally to implement solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Leads programs to continuously improve organizational efficiency and guides change at all levels to align with program goals and Oracle commitments.
