• Drives compliance with third party, security, export, and accessibility requirements.
• Coordinates security escalations and communicates with executives to mitigate risk and resolve issues.
• Forecasts program demands and resources to ensure achievable goals.
• Leads development and implementation of processes to meet SLAs and improve efficiency.
• Aligns priorities with customers and stakeholders through regular leadership reporting.
