Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an Engineering Competencies and Appointments Coordinator to support the coordination, administration and maintenance of competency, appointment and people development across the Civil Works Alliance. You will help ensure SQEP requirements are visible and managed within the Engineering and Assurance function.

You will assist with learning, mentorship and development tracking, coordinating early careers activities and maintaining essential information in a complex, multi-site

Qualifications

• A‑Level, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Learning and Development, HR, Business Administration or related.
• Strong IT skills with Excel, SharePoint and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate competency, appointment and development information for SQEP.
• Support early careers programmes including graduates and apprenticeships.
• Maintain records and reports for engineering development KPIs.
• Coordinate knowledge management and onboarding sessions.
