Job summary

Sizewell C Company seeks a Construction Manager to join the Civil Works Alliance in supporting the Sizewell C project. You will oversee program-wide construction integration, planning, and logistics to ensure safe, well-sequenced execution across cross-functional teams.

You will lead readiness reviews, manage CWPs/IWPs, and drive readiness dashboards, while coordinating with delivery, engineering, planning, and logistics to align with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction management and coordination for large-scale projects.
• Experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), readiness assurance, and logistics integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage interfaces across multiple workstreams.
• Strong background in sequencing, mobilization, and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-wide construction integration, planning, readiness, and logistics leadership for proper sequencing and safe execution.
• Act as primary link between Construction Services strategy and delivery teams to enable mobilization and starts.
• Lead cross-functional coordination among delivery, engineering, planning, and logistics to align sequencing with program objectives.
• Oversee Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and ensure CWPs and IWPs align with sequencing and logistics.
• Lead readiness reviews and verify readiness evidence packs, resolving critical issues.
• Oversee logistics planning, including access, laydown areas, lifting arrangements, and delivery strategies.
