Job summary

IntecSelect is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be based in Sittingbourne with a hybrid pattern (2 days on site) and a strong focus on the financial/insurance sector. The role involves developing strategic account plans, nurturing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored networking solutions to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager within a technology-based environment serving Financial/Insurance clients.
• Strong understanding of financial/insurance industry dynamics, regulations and challenges faced by institutions.
• Knowledge of networking principles, protocols and technologies (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, security).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the financial sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in financial institutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Utilise networking knowledge to identify opportunities for implementing and optimizing networking solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams to enable generation of new leads, qualification of prospects, and conversion to long-term clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and risks.
