Intec Select is recruiting a Technical Account Manager in Sittingbourne, offering a hybrid pattern with two days on-site per week. You will lead strategic account plans, build relationships with financial institutions, and act as the primary contact to understand business needs and tailor networking solutions.

The role requires proven success in tech-focused account management within the financial/insurance sector, with a strong grasp of networking concepts, security, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Good experience as an Account Manager within a technology-based environment for Financial/Insurance Services clients is a must.
• Good understanding of financial/Insurance industry dynamics, regulations, and challenges faced by financial institutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the financial sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in financial institutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Utilise networking knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for implementing and optimizing networking solutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with partners sales team to enable them to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
