Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Software Recruitment division to develop long-term client partnerships, lead recruitment delivery, and oversee Talent Attraction teams supporting contingent workforce needs.

Based in London with an option to relocate to Atlanta in the first year, you will understand project demands, supply market conditions, and workforce planning to ensure access to tech professionals for critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Recruitment Delivery, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions role.
• Strong understanding of contract and temporary technology recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing Talent Attraction or recruitment delivery teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings to discuss hiring performance and workforce planning.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring contract, temporary, interim, and project-based technology talent.
• Develop understanding of client environments, project objectives, and resource requirements.
• Provide market insight regarding contractor availability, day-rate trends, talent shortages, and market conditions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance reviews with clients.
• Work with clients to secure detailed hiring requirements and communicate project-specific needs to Talent Attraction teams.
• Manage Talent Attraction performance to ensure rapid delivery of qualified contractors.
• Monitor recruitment performance against KPIs and SLAs, track metrics like time-to-submit and fill rate.
• Ensure delivery teams maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche technology skills.
• Build long-term client partnerships through service delivery and workforce solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings across existing accounts and support growth.
• Lead Talent Attraction teams and ensure recruitment activities are tracked and reported.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Compliance, Operations, and Talent Attraction teams for successful outcomes.
• Stay informed on trends in the technology contract recruitment market and advise clients on rates and demand.
