Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Relationship Manager - 3PL within its Permanent Recruitment division to nurture long-term client partnerships and drive permanent hiring solutions. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Relationship Manager or equivalent client services role.
• Experience managing permanent recruitment accounts and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable with data.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercial focus on retention, growth, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement, virtually and onsite.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, understanding business and hiring needs.
• Conduct QBRs to review recruitment performance and workforce plans.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarking and competitor hiring activity.
• Lead Talent Attraction teams to deliver qualified permanent candidates.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; track time-to-fill, fill rate, and quality of hire.
• Support account expansion with Business Development teams.
• Coach Talent Attraction teams to ensure understanding of client requirements.
• Record and report recruitment activity; manage team productivity and SLA achievement.
