Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a senior Technology Product Leader to define the strategy and deliver the product roadmap for enterprise functions across EMEA, including the ATS and Careers Website. You will partner with regional and global teams to maximise value, drive adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will coach Product Owners, balance customer needs with regulatory requirements, and champion data-driven decision making across PRO, Finance, Corporate and Legal tech

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Leadership or Strategy within technology-driven organisations.
• Experience owning complex product portfolios across Corporate Functions, HR, Finance or similar.
• Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills when working with senior leaders.
• Desirable: Agile product development, OKRs, service management; Jira experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and outcomes for the PRO, Finance, Corporate and Legal technology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 3-year product roadmap aligned to business and technology strategy.
• Own portfolio prioritisation decisions balancing customer needs and business outcomes.
• Lead regular Product Councils to review priorities, risks, performance and investments.
