Job summary

TXP in Birmingham seeks a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support a major technology integration programme on a 4‑month contract. The role is hybrid (1–2 days on site) with a day rate of £370, and involves discovery workstreams across IT and business teams.

You will gather and document requirements, run stakeholder workshops, map processes, and support data analysis, testing, migration, and user adoption activities.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience within IT and transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes.
• Business process mapping and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Conduct business process analysis and process mapping activities.
• Support technology integration workstreams within a wider transformation programme.
• Analyse datasets and produce reporting using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of technology change initiatives.
• Support application discovery, assessment, testing, and migration activities.
• Assist with end-user computing and device deployment projects.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives and user adoption activities.
