Job summary

TXP is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 4-month contract in Birmingham with hybrid working (1-2 days on site). You will support multiple project workstreams, maintain governance, and produce status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery standards. The ideal candidate will have PMO or Project Support Office experience, the ability to manage multiple priorities,

Qualifications

• PMO or Project Support Office experience.
• Experience supporting multiple projects/programmes simultaneously.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and meeting facilitation.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme plans, milestones, actions and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain RAID logs and support timely escalation of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Produce clear status reports, dashboards and governance packs.
• Facilitates meetings, coordinates stakeholders and follows up actions.
• Support consistent project governance, reporting and delivery standards.
