You will gather requirements, run workshops, map processes, analyse data in Excel, and help drive OSS with IT teams to deliver change and migration activities.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience within IT, technology, and transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes.
• Business process mapping and process improvement experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capability.
• Experience supporting desktop deployment and end-user computing projects.
• Windows 11 rollout experience.
• Knowledge of device deployment and decommissioning activities.
• Experience with application discovery, assessment, and testing.
• Exposure to Azure migration projects.
• Experience supporting SaaS application migrations and onboarding.
• Understanding of user access management, identity, and network-related processes.
• Ability to produce clear business and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting large-scale organisational change and integration programmes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Conduct business process analysis and process mapping activities.
• Support technology integration workstreams within a wider transformation programme.
• Analyse datasets and produce reporting using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of technology change initiatives.
• Support application discovery, assessment, testing, and migration activities.
• Assist with end-user computing and device deployment projects.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives and user adoption activities.
