Qualifications

  • Experience developing competency frameworks and career pathways.
  • Proven ability to lead blended learning programmes and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the organisation's Talent, Learning & Development strategy.
  • Lead performance and development frameworks, including 1-to-1s and reviews.
  • Design and deliver blended learning, leadership and professional programmes.
  • Oversee competency frameworks, skills matrices and career pathways.
  • Identify skills gaps to support workforce planning and succession.
  • Manage apprenticeships, mentoring and coaching initiatives.
  • Oversee the LMS and mandatory/compliance training.
  • Manage external providers and stakeholder relationships.
  • Measure L&D effectiveness through KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Coach and advise managers on talent development and capability.
