Job summary

Ericsson in the United Kingdom (Reading) is seeking a Talent and Development Manager to drive strategic talent initiatives across the CSS function within EMEA. This maternity-cover FTC role focuses on leadership development, succession, performance, and culture, translating global T&D into CSS-specific solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and global T&D SMEs to align priorities, drive data-informed decisions, and embed a growth

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise with knowledge of Talent Management topics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility to partner with senior leaders.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills to inspire, influence and mobilize leaders and teams.
  • Ability to design innovative, evidence-based solutions beyond mainstream approaches.
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels with a consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for CSS Talent Management.
  • Translate global and local T&D processes into CSS-specific solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Total Rewards (TR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) for integration and consistency.
  • Collaborate with global T&D SMEs to align with global strategies and CSS unit priorities.
