Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Talent & Development Manager to lead the Europe, Middle East and Africa talent agenda. You will design and deliver strategies for leadership development, succession planning and graduate programmes, partnering with senior leaders to grow capability and drive business results.

You will oversee learning technologies, measure programme impact, and foster a culture of continuous development across the organisation.

Qualifications

Degree level / professional qualifications with relevant talent management experience.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to identify talent priorities and deliver solutions.
Experience designing leadership, coaching, mentoring and graduate development programmes.
Strong analytical skills to assess talent data and measure outcomes.
Experience managing learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent management, succession planning and leadership development strategies aligned to business priorities.
Lead the organisations learning and development strategy to build critical skills and future capability.
Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify talent needs, capability gaps and development opportunities.
Design and deliver leadership, management, coaching and mentoring programmes enhancing performance.
Lead talent review and succession planning with robust pipelines for key roles.
Develop graduate and early careers programmes.
Foster continuous learning and high performance across the organisation.
Oversee the use of learning technologies and LMS.
Measure impact of talent and learning initiatives using data.
Manage relationships with external providers and funding opportunities.
