Job summary

Ericsson in the United Kingdom (Reading) is seeking a Talent and Development Manager to drive strategic talent initiatives across the CSS function within EMEA. This maternity-cover FTC role focuses on leadership development, succession, performance, and culture, translating global T&D into CSS-specific solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

FTC – 9-12 months (Maternity cover)
What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

Act as the single point of contact for CSS Talent Management
  • Represent CSS in all relevant Talent Management topics, including Career Enablement, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Succession Management, Culture, and Employee Engagement.
  • Translate global and local T&D processes and programs into CSS-specific solutions that address unit needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate and align across the business
  • Partner with Total Rewards (TR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure integration and consistency across initiatives.
  • Work closely with relevant global T&D SMEs to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Understand CSS-specific strategic development needs and partner with the relevant T&D colleagues to ensure development solutions align with the CSS unit strategy and EMEA priorities.
