Job summary

Ericsson in the United Kingdom seeks a senior ICT Program Director to drive the delivery of CORE Networks solutions, leading large multi-vendor engagements from scoping to contract fulfillment. You will support the Key Account Manager with deep technical knowledge and own the program's delivery model.

You will lead global teams, improve profitability with AI and automation, manage risks and changes, and build trusted customer relationships on site at Reading.

Qualifications

• Earned University Degree in Engineering.
• 10–15 years as Program Manager/Director in ICT with Core/Cloud delivery.
• Experience delivering physical, virtualized, and/or containerized Network Function projects.
• Delivered Automation of test and deployment and GenAI adoption in deliveries.
• Supported sales efforts to drive new business.
• Strong project control and outcomes-focused approach.
• PMP Certification; ICT PD assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sophisticated 5G and 4G Core and Cloud engagements from scoping through delivery for Ericsson’s Customers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the program through contract fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Drive program profitability through efficiency, reuse, AI and automation.
• Drive upsell and program add-on sales and create new scope proposals.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as Ericsson agent at the customer site.
• Lead and empower global teams with governance and controls to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify milestones and risks, implement solutions, and resolve issues.
• Lead change management with impacts on scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• Harvest best practices and foster a one-team culture.
