Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Senior Organisational Capability Consultant in Glasgow. You will lead enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will design and manage development programmes, using data to identify priorities and improve interventions, while partnering with external suppliers and internal colleagues to drive workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing organisation-wide talent and leadership initiatives.
• Ability to translate workforce priorities into targeted development solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and People/Organisation teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities, including external suppliers and budgets.
