ScottishPower, Glasgow HQ, is seeking a Learning Consultancy Manager to lead the Learning Consultancy team and uphold governance, design standards and assurance for high-quality capability solutions.

You will partner with Learning Partners to translate priorities into capability requirements and embed the skills architecture across the organisation as it moves toward a skills-based model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational capability, learning consultancy or workforce capability functions.
• Strong governance, consultancy methodologies and solution development approaches.
• Experience developing enterprise skills frameworks and capability pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Learning Consultancy operating model with robust governance.
• Develop and embed capability architectures, proficiency standards and learning pathways.
• Establish enterprise standards for scalable capability solutions.
• Support workforce planning and talent priorities with framework governance.
• Develop the Learning Consultancy team and optimise resource deployment.
• Provide governance and specialist expertise to identify and commission solutions.
• Set design, implementation and evaluation standards for capability solutions.
• Monitor capability priorities, risks and opportunities for enterprise-wide impact.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve capability outcomes.
